Forming machines for the production of various kinds of stuffed pasta:

  • double-sheet products (ravioli)
  • single-sheet products folded by the machine (pierogi, empanadas, samosa…)
  • single-sheet products with hand-closing
  • special products of the Italian tradition like “ravioli del plin”

   PLC with control panel touch-screen for managing and storage all production parameters (calibrators speed, forming group speed, stuffing dosage time…).

Available in single or double sheet version, both configurable in many ways to obtain a wide range of products of various shapes and sizes.

Frame, bodywork and calibrating rollers in AISI304 stainless steel.

Twin-screw stuffing pump with alternating or direct injection of the filling and the possibility to insert pieces larger than the ones usually allowed by conventional ravioli machines.

All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel or materials suitable for food contact. Several technical solutions useed on the machine are patent pending.
