Sheet roller

The dough sheet roller is a useful tool to speed up the production of the dough sheet with a pasta machine (extruder). It rools up automatically the dough on the roller-pins of the ravioli machine.

The dough roller fits in front of every Italgi pasta machine and gets the power from the cutter plug. The roll-up speed can be adjusted with the speed cutter knob of the pasta machine.
